Help us build the set, create the walls, floors, furniture, and other items you might find on stage. Daytime availability a plus. Experience with tools helps, but beginners are also welcome. Ability to work in noisy and somewhat dirty environment. Time commitment is up to you.
Lighting Operator:
Run the lights during the performance. Experience preferred, but all it takes is a willingness to learn. Time commitment generally consists of 4 hours a night for the week prior to the performance, then 3-4 hours per performance.
Sound Operator:
Produce the sounds heard during a show. Experience is preferred, but we are certainly willing to train anyone showing an interest. Time commitment generally consists of 4 hours a night for the week prior to the performance, then 3-4 hours per performance.
Set Design:
Design all of the scenery on the stage. Creativity is a must. Time commitment will vary greatly depending on performance, but plan on being sporadically involved for approximately 6 weeks.
Props:
Help design, build and find, the props used during a performance. Great for the creative minded, and the perfect opportunity for 'thrifty shoppers', 'yard sale fanatics', and 'junk collectors'. Time commitment will vary depending on performance.
Costumes:
Create costumes for different time periods, or just shop for them. Handiness with a needle and thread can help, but we are also in need of shoppers who are willing to brave the stores armed with a time period, style, and size to find that perfect costume. Time commitment is up to you.
Don't see anything listed here. What is your talent?
We have a wide variety of needs, some things as simple as a truck owner willing to deliver furniture or run to the hardware store to pick up lumber.
If you are interested in helping out, please complete the Volunteer Application and our volunteer coordinator will be in touch with you soon.
